This variety is collected by beekeepers in the Uzgen district of the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan. The melliferous vegetation of foothill and mountainous regions is characterized by great diversity. The honey plants of this honey are plants such as Apricot, Plum, Pear, Apple tree, Dogwood, Bird cherry, Lingonberry, Dandelion, Sage, Lamium. The collection is carried out in the spring-summer period, from May to June. The variety is appreciated by beekeepers, as the rational use of mountain honey meadows makes it possible to receive 100 kg of honey from a bee family.
The color of the variety varies from light amber to rich yellow. The aroma is strong, strong. The taste is bright, with a floral sweet-tart aftertaste. The nutritional and therapeutic properties of honey are the higher, the more diverse is the melliferous flora and the more medicinal plants are present in it. This honey has the highest diastase number.
